Our Philosophy

At MNCC we believe:

  • childhood is a unique and valuable stage of life, with each child as an individual having their own strengths, needs & interests.  We aim to teach children how to think rather than what to think.
  • play is an essential part of children’s learning and is the basis of our program
  • that communication is the basis of a happy Centre.
  • that out staff are an asset
  • the Centre compliments the child’s home environment; therefore families play an important role in the Centre’s overall operations.
  • that we play an important role in the community by linking families together and with the local community.
