Procedures
Complaints & Grievances:
Should you see anything or have any concerns with Centre operations please do not hesitate to raise these issues with the Coordinator. The Centre has a complaints procedure and a copy is included in your enrolment pack. We value all feedback about Centre operations and endeavour to act upon it where practical
Toys From Home:
We encourage and recommend all toys be left at home, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or broken toys. The older children may wish to bring an item for “show and tell” on an allocated day. Rest time cuddly toys and comfort items are permitted!
Emergency Evacuation:
The Centre has an Evacuation Procedure in case of emergency. The procedure is practiced at least four times per year to ensure children and staff are familiar with the procedure should any unforeseen event arise.
