Responding To Your Needs
We recognise that the needs of parents for childcare can vary and our staff is committed to offering flexibility in care arrangements wherever possible. This is reflected by the following policies:
- Swapping days: provided that space is available you may change the days of care that you use within the week. At least 24 hours notice to the Coordinator is required. You cannot swap for a sick day or for extended periods of leave.
- Public holidays: if a care day for your child falls on a public holiday, you may have another care day free of charge; providing space exists (this may not be used to pay for a regular care day). This must be taken within three months of the public holiday, and with the prior approval of the Coordinator.
